Hi, I’m Paula

 

I founded Mindful Shape to help women who struggle with their weight, reach their desired shape and feel in charge around food.  I released 45 lbs and since then have also gotten back to my pre-pregnancy weight after two babies! 

As a certified life and weight loss coach, I’ve empowered thousands of women to uncover the true reasons for their overeating and then use my step by step process to help them release the excess weight, feel good in their bodies and end overeating for good. 

My methods are based on neuroscience and leading edge scientifically proven strategies for sustainable, healthy weight loss. I live on Vancouver Island in Victoria, Canada with my husband and two little kids.
